Welcome to Qamar Al Nadha Laundry Services. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Availability

We provide laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing services across Sharjah and Dubai. Our operating hours are from 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week.

2. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery requests are scheduled based on availability. Customers must be present or provide access to hand over and receive laundry.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and digital payments as available.

4. Liability

While we take utmost care of your garments, we are not liable for:

• Items left in pockets or bags
• Damage due to inherent garment defects
• Color bleeding from non-colorfast garments

5. Cancellation & Refund

Contact store manager for these details. We are at your service on our Phone anytime in the mentioned working hours.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
